Once it has been shipped, while cancellation is certainly an option, we would like to bring to your attention that it could present certain logistical challenges on our end. In case of cancellation, you'll receive a full refund.
Returning a Product
Products can be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt under specific conditions.

6.Items marked as non-returnable and free gifts cannot be returned.

Step 2: Shipping Instructions

We recommend insuring the shipment to safeguard against loss or damage during transit.
Clearly write your order number on the outside of the box.
Step 3: Timely Return
Ensure the product is returned within 30 days from the initiation of the return request.
We will process your refund within 5-7 working days after receiving your package.
1. Upon receiving and inspecting your returned product, we will send an email confirming receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund.
