  • Al BIOBOO warranties start on the original date of purchase and cover manufacturer defects.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, normal wear and tear, improper use, unauthorized maintenance or repair, neglect of maintenance of pump or itsaccessories, or failure to follow written instructions for use.
  • Your pump has a 6-month warranty and your accessories have a 30-day warranty when purchased directly from our official website, or an authorized retailer such as Amazon and Tiktok.
  • Pumps are single-user pumps. As a result, only the original user is covered under thewarranty. The warranty is non-transferable.
  • When submitting a warranty claim, proof of purchase must be provided. This can be in the form of a receipt. inwoice. or email.
  • Warranty is valid in the USA only; replacements are shipped to USA addresses only
